In 1995, Jennifer Gore created JGU with a mission to serve the sales and marketing needs of exclusive developers and home builders throughout the Denver metro area.

A mere decade since its inception, JGU’s total sales are in excess of $300 million. Ranked as one of the top Denver metro companies in our field, we’re proud to market and sell residences ranging from mid-$100s condos to million-dollar
luxury homes.

While our in-house team of veteran sales and marketing professionals works on “getting it done,” Jennifer’s time is focused on the bigger picture: creating and managing an intricate set of plans, systems and training programs which results in increased sales and satisfied partners.

From strategic planning through home closing, Jennifer is an integral part of every client’s team. Continually improving JGU’s innovative methods, she instills her enthusiasm and professional values within every member of the JGU team, as well as in the sales people she trains. Jennifer’s in-depth participation in the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA), the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC), the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB), the Executive Real Estate Round Table at DU and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) underlies her passion for the home building industry and its ever-growing community.
Sarah provides clients with a wide range of marketing expertise that stems from eleven years of experience with a variety of builders and budgets. She is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including the design and implementation of marketing plans, the creation and production of advertising/promotion, and the supervision of timely reporting that measures traffic, sales and marketing results. Sarah has a great deal of dedication to the industry and is an active participant. She is currently on the Public Relations Strategy Committee for the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Metro Denver, and the Rocky Mountain Builder Conference committee for the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB).
Pam brings several years of experience in community development to her vital role as JGU’s Operations Manager. Her broad knowledge base – encompassing all aspects of residential development, procedure development and communication – provides JGU with the invaluable systems we offer our partners. She handles important client administration including contract management and closing administration.
Deanna possesses six years of marketing experience in a variety of fields including construction development and consulting. Her marketing skills include expertise in writing and editing, graphic design, market research and evaluation and event planning. Deanna is a member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) and possesses a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arizona. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Phoenix. As Marketing Coordinator, she ensures smooth implementation of JGU’s dynamic marketing functions.
